Information you choose to share

When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, property location, project needs and preferred timing. Our veteran project intake also asks about the program and project status you select. Optional project photographs or plans are used to understand the proposed construction.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, benefit decisions, financial account information or other sensitive documents through these forms.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss the construction scope, arrange project conversations and maintain a record of our communication. Sending a project inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. We send promotional updates only with your permission.

Service providers and sharing

Our website hosting, form, customer-management and communication providers process information on our behalf to operate the website and handle inquiries. Veteran intake information may be processed through HubSpot. We share project information with people assisting with the services you request and when required by law. We do not sell, trade or rent the personal information you submit through this website.

Website activity and cookies

Our hosting services process basic request and security information to operate and protect the site. For up to 30 minutes in your browser session, we retain the landing-page route and basic campaign labels so your project inquiry can include how you found us. We do not retain complete tracking URLs, search terms or advertising click IDs. We also count page visits, contact-link clicks, form starts, saved inquiries and confirmed CRM deliveries in aggregate, without visitor identifiers or form answers in those counts. Advertising pixels and optional third-party analytics are not currently enabled. External websites, including financing providers, social networks and the VA, have their own privacy policies.

Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and procedural safeguards and limit access to inquiry information. No online system is completely secure. We retain information as needed to respond to your request, provide services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for optional marketing. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain for ongoing services or legal obligations.
